This policy explains how Perfekta FX (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit perfektafx.com or contact us. We are a visual effects and production studio.
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. We use these only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry.
When you join our newsletter. The newsletter form asks for your first and last name, company, email address, industry and country. We use these to send you studio news, production updates and new work, and to understand which parts of the industry our readers come from.
When you browse the site. Our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
Fonts. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work, such as cookies that keep the site fast (page caching) and cookies that protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
Legal basis and consent
We process contact form data so we can respond to a request you made. We process newsletter data only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the newsletter form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. It is stored on our website hosting provider’s servers and in our email system, and is seen only by the Perfekta FX team and the people who maintain this website for us. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance with us. To do any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
