After earning his VFX degree from Alagappa University, he worked on major international projects like Gran Turismo, Bad Boys: Ride or Die, and Mad Max: Furiosa — experiences that shaped his creative approach and technical
expertise.
As the Founder and Creative Head of Perfekta FX, Vishal has led the studio from a single-artist operation to a full-fledged team of professionals, united by the motto: “We care for pixels.” Under his leadership, the company has become known for delivering cinematic-quality visuals with artistic integrity and technical
excellence.
SINDHUJA R – CEO
With 25 years of leadership experience as a CEO across multiple institutions, Sindhuja Rajan brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to Perfekta FX. A dynamic entrepreneur with exceptional communication skills, she has played a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation. Armed with multiple bachelor’s and master’s degrees, her expertise spans various domains, ensuring Perfekta FX remains at the forefront of the VFX industry. With over three decades of business acumen, Jalapathi brings unmatched financial wisdom and entrepreneurial vision to Perfekta FX. A seasoned business leader and MBA graduate, he has successfully built and scaled multiple ventures
across industries, earning a reputation as a mega entrepreneur and strategic thinker. At Perfekta FX, Jalapathi oversees financial planning, investment strategy, and fiscal governance. His sharp analytical mind and steady leadership ensure the
studio remains agile, profitable, and poised for long-term growth. A true pillar of integrity and foresight, he empowers the creative engine of Perfekta with solid financial foundations.

KRISHNA S - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Krishna S brings a rare blend of creative and industrial discipline to Perfekta FX. A technical lead by background in visual effects, he has also spent years supervising operations in the automobile industry, where precision, process and timing leave no room for error. As Operations Manager, Krishna oversees scheduling, crewing and pipeline flow across every project at Perfekta FX. He ensures resources are allocated with intent, deadlines are met without compromising quality, and the artists remain free to focus entirely on the craft. Methodical, calm under pressure and firmly detail driven, Krishna is the operational backbone that keeps the studio delivering at a consistent standard, project after project.
Neeraja Rajan brings close to two decades of production and operations leadership to Perfekta FX. She spent six years as a Senior Production Supervisor at Wendt (India) Limited, then eight years as an Operations Manager at Barclays UK in Chennai, running process at scale in environments where accuracy and turnaround time are not negotiable. As Head of Production, Neeraja owns the flow of every project from greenlight to final delivery, aligning shot counts, artist bandwidth and client milestones so nothing slips through the gaps. She also leads Human Resources at the studio, which keeps the people side and the schedule side moving in step. Precise, calm under deadline pressure and firm about standards, Neeraja is the structure that lets Perfekta FX take on ambitious work and land it on time.
